WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING MY FIRST NINJAS VISIT?

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AFTER A MASSAGE?

Prior to our visit, you will receive an email from us. It will contain a health intake form that can be conveniently filled out right from your device. It is required by law for all regulated heath professionals to have patients fill out this form.We will review your health history and ask questions to help us determine if we can provide a safe and effective treatment. Filling it out a head of time will help for a smooth and time efficient treatment.  We will set up the massage table in the space of your choosing. Once set up, we will go over your health history and do a thorough assessment. Our massage therapist will ask you questions to better design a session that meets your needs and goals within the time allotted. Let the therapist know what areas of your body you would like worked on, areas to avoid, and preference you may have.

HOW LONG WILL MY TREATMENTS BE?

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?

The therapist will give you some privacy so you can dress in after your treatment. Take your time getting up as you may feel light headed. If you need any assistance let your therapist know immediately.
Reaction to the treatment will vary based on the techniques used, pressure, the length of the session, and the demands you place on your body afterwards. Feelings  can range from being relaxed, renewed and centered, to invigorated, excited or experiencing a rush of clarity or new energy and insight, sleepiness.
Therapy based treatments may leave the body free from chronic tightness or acute pain patterns, but may experience soreness from the pressure applied. 
Realize that the benefits of massage tend to be cumulative, so typically, you will feel better as you get additional massages.

Massage treatments can range from 60, 90, 120 minutes depending on the the time booked. Since this is a mobile service, our timing starts after the massage table is setup. Assessment, undressing, any breaks/ bathroom breaks, Re-dressing is included and a part of your treatment time. Clean up time will not be a part of your treatment time

DO I NEED TO BE NAKED?

DO I NEED A DOCTORS NOTE?

You do not need a doctors note to shedule a massage but insurance providers may require a medical note. Please review your coverage information prior to booking an appointment. Please be advised to check with your doctors before starting any kind of treatment plan.

Our business operates on strict cancellation policy. When cancelling an appointment, we require all customers to provide 24 hours notice to the scheduled time. Otherwise, you will be

charged for the full session.

 

You can either cancel the appointment yourself in the booking page or call us and we can do it for you.

The therapist will explain your treatment including areas to be treated and draping and they will leave the room room so you can have privacy to undress to your comfort level.
When ready, lie down on the massage table and cover yourself with the sheet or other draping on the table. Therapist will confirm is it okay to re enter the space
During the massage
Generally, you will lie on a massage table, covered by a sheet or large towel. Please communicate if you are uncomfortable in any aspect of the massage. If you don't want an area of your body touched, don't like the music, or are experiencing discomfort with the technique or how it is being applied. You are fully in charge, and can ask for changes or stop the session at any time.
Draping
A professional massage therapist will never expose genitals and/or areas that are not being treated. Only the area the therapist is working on will be exposed.

WHEN WE ARRIVE

All our therapist our screened for your risk of COVID-19 daily, We will wash/santize our hands prior setting up and expect our clients to have basic hygiene. We will wear a mask and expect client to wear it during treatment. Please advise us if you have any breathing issues and dysfunction so we work help you find a comfortable position during your treatment.

BEHIND THE SCENES

Linens, blankets and pillows will be changed and cleaned

after each appointmen All massage equipment are clean and sanitized between clients before and after each appointment

AFTER YOUR APPOINTMENT

We wash our hands and suggest you should as well

We offer contactless payment, if possible  (tap your card)

and please advise people in your space of our arrival to practice physical distancing
